Do I need to make an appointment to try on dresses at your bridal shop in leamington Spa?

You are always welcome to come and see us but if you would like to try wedding gowns on, we would always recommend an appointment. 

This  is so we can make sure our time is 100% yours and so that you don't feel rushed in any way

You are our complete priority while you are with us so we would like to make sure we have you in the diary to set aside time dedicated to you 

How long does a wedding gown take to arrive once an order has been placed?

The average delivery is 20 weeks- however, this can be longer at certain times of the year. We ALWAYS aim to work with your timelines so always ask if your wedding is in less time than this - we have been known to have a dress made and delivered within one week so anything is possible!

When should I order my wedding dress?

When you have found 'The One'! 

Although we can always advise when a style may be discontinued, we would always recommend ordering your gown when you've found it. yes, admittedly, you don't know what is round the corner or which styles may be available in the future but sometimes girlies you just have to trust your heart - it worked with the man now didn't it?

When do I need to pick up my gown?

We appreciate that storing a wedding gown is a big responsibility. If you store it at home, will the groom be tempted to peep? Does your mum have the space? 

We understand the dilemma so we are more than happy to add your gown to our contents insurance and keep it safely with us until your alterations appointment

Are the gowns made to measure?

Most gowns offered are  made to order rather than made to measure. One of our bridal consultants will compare your measurements to the official size chart before a size is selected. 

 If your measurements or those of your bridesmaids fall across several sizes, we will work with you to select the best option.

What happens if I or my bridesmaids don't fit the size chart? 

We are very keen to say that we have huge experience of working with our designers and have excellent knowledge of our sizing charts.

In addition, we offer an in house alterations service to complete any necessary tweaks (see the 'Alterations' page)

We heavily (very heavily indeed) advise ordering gowns from a boutique with an alterations service in case any changes are necessary

What if you have bridesmaids that live out of the area?

This is no problem at all and in fact is very common nowadays.

Do you provide an alterations service?

Yes, we certainly do and wouldn't dream of not offering this service. Imagine if you needed your dresses adjusting and had to rely on someone you didn't know :-/

Our seamstresses are exceptional and extremely experienced in bridal wear

Our Alterations package also includes the storing and steaming of your dress ready for your wedding day!
